Healing Naturally Store accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received, but expedited shipping orders (USPS Priority Mail, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select) are elevated in priority. All direct to consumer orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Steamboat Springs, CO via USPS and UPS. Healing Naturally Store ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS or UPS.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 – 6 business days from the time the order is submitted with full payment. Expedited orders placed before 3:00 PM ET will be processed for delivery to the shipping provider on the next business day; expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped out within the next 2 business days. The day an order is tendered to the shipping provider does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday will be processed the following Monday (or next business day, if the Monday is a holiday) and shipped within 2 – 6 days. USPS and UPS have limited service on Saturdays, and do not pick up or deliver on Sundays or recognized holidays.
Healing Naturally Store cannot commit to specific delivery dates and/or times for orders, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once an order has been tendered to the appropriate shipping provider. Tracking information for each order is provided via email when address labels are produced; USPS and UPS provide transit and delivery estimates on their respective websites, as well as means to contact them for inquiries or changes.
The tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within two (2) weeks of placing your order). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with the appropriate carrier regarding the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Orders shipped via USPS will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com or ups.com. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your email system’s spam/junk folder. If you are still unable to locate your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. Please be sure to include your order number (if you have it), name of recipient, and approximate date ordered.
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
